The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin Ordinance <br /> requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in <br /> the construction plans before submittal to the Building <br /> Inspection Division: <br /> a. The proposed building shall be provided with an automatic <br /> fire sprinkler system or divided into areas less than <br /> 6, 000 square feet by area separation walls. <br /> b. Existing Tire Shop to be fire sprinklered or the addition <br /> to be separated by a 601 yard. <br /> C. Maintain 401 distance between the "roof only" portion and <br /> the structures to the south. <br /> d. Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access <br /> requirements (C.C.R, Title 24) . <br /> 2 . The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the following: <br /> a. Provide parking for the physically handicapped. The <br /> space(s) shall be located as close as possible to the <br /> primary entrance (C.C.R. , Title 24) . <br /> b. Provide identification signs for the parking space(s) <br /> including the "tow away" sign at each entrance or visible <br /> from each space (C.C.R, Title 24) . <br /> C. The slope of a parking space shall not exceed 1/4 inch <br /> per foot (C.C.R, Title 24) . <br /> 3 . The existing building shall meet all requirements for a Group <br /> H, Division 3 occupancy (tire recapping) , unless the 601 yard <br /> to the east is maintained. <br /> JH/as <br />
