Any new driveway approach shall be improved in accordance with the requirements of San Joaquin County <br /> Standards R-17 prior to issuance of the occupancy permit. The fee currently is$223.44 per additional daily trip-end generated in <br /> the Stockton area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July I of each year by the Engineering <br /> Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record. (Resolution R-00433) <br /> The Regional Transportation Impact Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of building permit application. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division(468-3066) that this development has met the <br /> requirements of the Waste Plan Format for Development Projects. Final Site Plan is required upon <br /> submittal of verification. <br /> y /7: Dischargers whose projects disturb 1 or more acres of soil or whose projects disturb less than I acre but are <br /> part of a larger common plan of development that in total disturbs 1 or more acres, are required to obtain <br /> coverage under the General Permit for Discharges of Storm Water Associated with Construction Activity <br /> (Construction General Permit, 99-08-DWO). Construction activity subject to this permit includes clearing, <br /> grading and disturbances to the ground such as stockpiling, or excavation, but does not include regular <br /> maintenance activities performed to restore the original line, grade,or capacity of the facility. <br /> J /9. Drainage from the parcel shall be retained on-site by a retention basin and meet the requirements of San <br /> Joaquin County Development Standards. Retention ponds shall be fenced with six (6) foot high chain link <br /> fence or equal when the maximum design depth is 18 inches or more. Required retention basin capacity for <br /> the parcel shall be calculated by a registered civil engineer, licensed contractor or an architect prior to <br /> release of Building Permit.
