CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> LA-99-14 <br /> Mr. Trucker, Inc. <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. LA-99-14 was approved by the San Joaquin County Community <br /> Development Department on September 28, 1999, which is the effective date of approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified,all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> This approval will expire on March 29, 2001, which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, <br /> unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been filed with and accepted by the County Surveyor. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact: KaiLuoma, 468-9567) <br /> a. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment"shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be <br /> exchanged shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped, and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act,or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS (Staff Contact: Richard Hieb, 468-3000) <br /> a. A Recorded Deed is allowed, but if points or lines are set, a Record of Survey is required. The new <br /> legal descriptions shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Office for review. (Development Title Section <br /> 9-872.4) <br /> b. The new legal descriptions must reflect correct distances with qualifiers to avoid overlaps or gaps. <br /> c. This development is subject to reapportionment under the San Joaquin Area Flood Control Agency <br /> Assessment District No. 96-1 (Flood Protection Restoration Project). An application requesting the <br /> reapportionment of the unpaid portion of the assessment,along with the payment of the <br /> reapportionment fee, shall be provided prior to recording the Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 3. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES (Staff Contact: Rodney Estrada,468-0331) <br /> a. Connection to a public sewer system is required for Parcels 1 and 2.
