Lipton c/o Victor Lopez (APN: 179-172-52, -53/4100 South State Route 99 <br /> East Frontage Road, Stockton) <br /> ACTION: On July 30, 2019, the San Joaquin County Community Development Department approved a One- <br /> Year Time Extension for a previously approved Site Approval application No. PA-1700006, subject to the <br /> enclosed Conditions of Approval. <br /> APPEAL PERIOD: This action can be appealed to the Planning Commission by any interested party. Appeals <br /> must be filed with this Department within 10 days of the action with an appeal fee of$353.00. The 10-day <br /> appeal period ends at 4:30 p.m. on August 8, 2019. If this date falls on a weekend or holiday, the appeal <br /> period will expire on the next regular business day at 4:30 p.m. <br /> EXPIRATION: This action requires you to comply with all Conditions of Approval within the next 30 months <br /> (from the initial effective date), by May 15, 2020.
