(Development Title Section 9-1020.7) <br /> (3) Areas of the property which are not part of the project shall be barricaded from traffic and kept <br /> mowed and dust free. <br /> h. SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) A solid masonry wall six(6) to eight(8)feet in height shall be erected along the western 820 feet <br /> of the northern property line of property line of APN 179-170-49 adjacent to the developed area. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1022.4[e][1]) <br /> (2) All storage materials and related activities, including storage areas for trash, shall be screened so <br /> as not to be visible from adjacent properties and public rights-of-way. The following conditions shall be addressed <br /> prior to submittal of a building permit application to the Building Inspection Division: <br /> (1) A building permit for each separate structure or building is required. Submit plans, <br /> specifications and supporting calculations, prepared by a Registered Design Professional <br /> (architect or engineer) for each structure or building, showing compliance with the 2016 <br /> California Building, Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical, Energy and Fire Codes as may be <br /> applicable.
