Development Committee -2- <br /> SA-93-0019 <br /> 2 . DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: <br /> a. An Encroachment Permit shall be required for any work <br /> within the road right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145. 2) <br /> b. The Traffic impact Mitigation Fee will be exempt for <br /> this development. (Resolution R-90-304 , R-91-1025) <br /> C. The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee will <br /> be exempt for this development. (Resolution R-91-327) <br /> 3 . PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> a. Any food preparation that occurs at this facility must <br /> be permitted under E.H.D. and inspected prior to sale. <br /> b. Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 <br /> for at least 60 days per year, or the number of service <br /> connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a <br /> public water system under the provisions of Title 22 , <br /> CCR, will be required by the Environmental Health <br /> Division and San Joaquin County Ordinance 1862 , Section <br /> 5-4100. <br /> 4 . BUILDING INSPECTION DIVISION: <br /> a. The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin <br /> County Ordinance requirements will be applicable and <br /> shall be incorporated in the construction plans before <br /> submittal to the Building Inspection Division: <br /> 1 . Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled <br /> access requirements (C. C.R. , Title 24) <br /> 2 . The proposed project is located within an <br /> expansive soil area where a conventional <br /> foundation may not be suitable. Therefore, an <br /> engineer is required to evaluate the foundation <br /> design. <br /> b. The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the <br /> following: <br /> 1. Provide parking for the physically disabled. The <br /> space (s) shall be located as close as possible to <br /> the primary entrance (C. C.R. , Title 24) . <br />
