(DISTRICT 4) . <br /> APPLICANT: John and Delia Forte APN: 179-172-04 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance <br /> Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. In addition, the <br /> existing San Joaquin County and City of Stockton Flood Insurance <br /> Studies, which delineate flood risks, floodplains and floodway areas, <br /> are currently being reevaluated. The reevaluation is being conducted <br /> by the Federal Emergency Management Agency, Region IX, Building 105, <br /> Presidio of San Francisco, California 94129-1250, telephone <br /> (415) 923-7186 - The reevaluation may delineate additional flood <br /> risks . The official flood maps are available for review at the <br /> Department of Public Works, 1810 East Hazelton Avenue, Stockton. <br /> These flood maps will be updated when the reevaluation process is <br /> completed. <br /> South Highway 99 East Frontage Road has an existing right-of-way width of <br /> 60t feet and a planned right-of-way width of 60 feet . Clark Drive has an <br /> existing right-of-way width of 45 feet and a planned right-of-way width <br /> of 50 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS : <br /> 1. Encroachment permit shall be required for work within road <br /> right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145 .4) <br /> 2 . The driveway approach shall be improved in accordance with the <br /> requirements of San Joaquin County Standards R-17 prior to <br /> issuance of the occupancy permit. <br /> (DevelopmentTitle Section 9-1145 . 5) <br /> 3 .
