Findings (Previously Approved) <br /> l Plan, any <br /> 1. The ropoed use <br /> applipcables ( consistent <br /> the <br /> Master Plan, pecific with <br /> Plan, and sSpecial SPurpose r Plan, a <br /> and any li <br /> other applicable plan <br /> adopted by the County. <br /> This finding can be made because personal storage and truck services maybe conditionally <br /> permitted in the Limited Industrial zone with an approved Use Permit application. <br /> 2. Adequate utilities, roadway improvements, sanitation, water supply, drainage, and other necessary <br /> facilities have been provided, and the proposed improvements are properly related to existing and <br /> proposed roadways. <br /> • This finding can be made because all the necessary utilities, including water, drainage, <br /> sanitation, and roadway improvements, are Conditions of Approval and shall be in place <br /> prior to the issuance of a certificate of occupancy for the facility. <br /> 3. The site is physically suitable for the type of development and for the intensity of development <br /> This finding can be made because the Plan demonstrates that all requirements of the zone <br /> can be met. <br /> 4. Issuance of the permit will not be significantly detrimental to the public health, safety, or welfare or be <br /> injurious to the property or improvements of adjacent properties. <br /> This finding can be made because the Initial Study prepared for this item identified no <br /> potentially significant public health and safety impacts. <br /> 5. The use is compatible with adjoining land uses. <br /> This finding can be made because with the Conditions of Approval the proposed use will not <br /> interfere with or alter the current residential and industrial uses on adjacent properties. <br />
