The frontage improvements for State Highway Route 99 Frontage Road shall be constructed in <br /> conformance with the standards for one-half of a 60-foot right-of-way local industrial street. The <br /> construction of the frontage improvements will be deferred upon execution by the owner of a Deferred <br /> Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement or a Secured Deferred Frontage and Roadway <br /> Improvement Agreement with a deposit equivalent to their estimated construction costs prior to approval <br /> of the Improvement Plan. (A $410.00 fee currently is required for processing per Development Title <br /> Table 9-240.2 in addition to a copy of the Grant Deed and an estimate for the required frontage <br /> improvements. The estimate shall be prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer with a typical section <br /> drawing on a form to be supplied by the Department of Public Works and submitted to the Department of <br /> Public Works for approval. As an option,the Department of Public Works will prepare the drawing and <br /> estimate for an additional fee of$175.00.) (The fee due will he based on the current fee schedule.) <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150.2) <br /> 4. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at <br /> the time of building permit application. (The fee currently is$721.00 per 1,000 gross square foot of <br /> building designated as Manufacturing in the Stockton area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July I <br /> of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record.) <br /> (Resolutions 00433) <br /> 5. The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due <br /> and payable prior to issuance of the building permit. (The fee currently is $212.00 per 1,000 gross square <br /> foot of building designated as Manufacturing. The fee shall be automatically increased on January 1 of <br /> each year through the year 2005 at the rate of 7.66 percent.) <br /> (Development Title Section 9-818.4 and Resolutions R-91-327,R-94-185 and R-97-5) <br /> 6. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> 7. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division(468-3066)that this development has met the <br /> requirements of the Waste Plan Format for Development Projects.
