09/1V200b 15: 48 1209 MAPACHE PAGt b2
Mapache Mobilehome Park
3435 Marfargoa Drive, Stockton, CA 95215
Phone: (209) 466-2461 Fax: (209) 466-4660
To Whom It May Concern:
The residents of Mapache Mobilehome Park are very concerned about the request
of Archie's Place to return to the bar and club it once was. We have had a couple of
years of quiet with no bullets flying around the area. We consider this a result of the
decision of the Planning Commission to limit the serving of alcohol hours and the
decision of no live music and dancing. The one time they were granted the request to
have a celebration of this kind someone found a reason to call the Sheriffs.
The owners of Archie's Place have removed the old mobilebomes but have far
from met the agreement that they set out in 2004. Renovation of the Restaurant Building
was a slight different color of red. The replacement of the Motel was to board up the
windows. There has been no construction of new buildings. The grounds are overgrown
in tall grass and debris.
Please fund enclosed the proposed plans that were given to the residents of
Mapache Mobilehome Park in December of 2004
We wish to ask that no changes are made to the agreement the Planning
Commission set forth at least until the agreement of the owners are met. We feel that
without any more changes than what have been made the same cliental would be drawn
back into the neighborhood.
Thank-you for your consideration in this matter of our concerns.
The Residents of Mapache Mobilehome Park
Pt
3 -
AA3
