The site of the proposed Yellow Freight development is located south of Highway Route 120 , north of Woodward Avenue and generally between Manteca Road and Spreckels Road. The terminal will include six major use areas : Inspection Building Area, Core Building, Shop Building, Dock Building, General Office Building, and Fuel Tank Storage Area.
