Phase One to <br /> construct 14,410 sq. ft. sanctuary and 1,440 sq. ft. of classroom space. Phase Two to construct 3,136 sq. ft. of second story <br /> classrooms over existing office and restrooms, and a 165' x 300' soccer field. Phase 5 <br /> addition of 5,040 sq. ft, to sanctuary. <br /> The Property is zoned AU-20 (Agriculture-Urban Reserve) and the General Plan Designation is R/VL (Very Low Density <br /> Residential). <br /> PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is located on the southeast corner of State Route 99 and Hacienda, Stockton <br /> (APN/Address: 087-030-18, 5480 North State Route 99 East Frontage Road, Stockton ) (Supervisorial District 4) <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: A Negative Declaration is being proposed for adoption. Copies of the Initial Study <br /> and proposed Negative Declaration are available at the Community Development Department. <br /> APPLICATION REVIEW: If you have any recommendations or comments on this project, please submit them to the <br /> Community Development Department no later than September 4, 2002.
