The <br /> project will be constructed in two phases over two years, and includes a total of <br /> 10,759 square feet of sanctuary and classrooms. The church will have a seating <br /> capacity of 300 persons and the school will serve a maximum of 150 children_ <br /> Our Traffic Operations Unit has the following comments: <br /> The school and church expansion is down-scoped from a previously proposed five- <br /> phase expansion project We have determined that this project would primarily <br /> attract local traffic and would have a minimal impact on state facilities at this time. <br /> We recommend the collection of traffic impact fees toward improvements at the I- <br /> 5/Hamner Lane interchange. However, if at any time in the future, this project is re- <br /> scoped back to a larger proposal, traffic impact should be reassessed for necessary <br /> improvements at the North Highway 99 Frontage Road/ Hammer Lane/Northbound <br /> SR 99 ramps intersection to handle the additional traffic generated. <br /> Please forward all Final Conditions of Approval including any mitigation measures <br /> that arc being proposed as well as any other documents and reports (i.e. all forms of <br /> environmental documents,Traffic Impact Study Reports, site and Location Maps, <br /> ctc) on this proposed Project for our review,comment, and records.
