The project will be <br /> completed in two (2) phases over a two (2) year period. Phase one includes the construction of a 1,320 <br /> square foot modular classroom and a 2,160 square foot modular classroom. Phase two includes the <br /> construction of a 2,160 square foot modular classroom and a 5,184 square foot sanctuary building for <br /> church services (Use Types: Religious Assembly-Community & Educational Services-General). The church <br /> will have a maximum seating capacity of 29.9 persons, and the school will serve a maximum of 150 <br /> students. <br /> Recommendation <br /> Approval.
