Guild Avenue, Ste-101 <br /> Stockton, CA 95212 Lodi, CA 95240 <br /> PROJECT DESCRIPTION: A request for a One-Year Time Extension for a Use Permit Application to expand an existing <br /> School and Church in two phases over a two year period. Phase One consists of adding a 1,320 square foot modular and a <br /> 2,160 square foot modular for classrooms. Phase Two consists of adding a 2,160 square foot modular for classrooms and <br /> constructing a 5,184 square foot sanctuary building. The church will have a seating capacity of 300 persons and the school <br /> will serve a maximum of 150 children. <br /> The Property is zoned AU-20 (Agriculture-Urban Reserve-20-acre minimum) and the General Plan Designation is RNL (Very <br /> Low Density Residential). <br /> PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is located on the east side of State Route 99 Frontage Road, 2,000 feet south of <br /> Hammer Lane (APN/Address: 087-030-18: 5480 N. State Route 99 East Frontage Road, Stockton) (Supervisorial District 3) <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: A Negative Declaration is being proposed for adoption. Copies of the Initial Study <br /> and proposed Negative Declaration are available at the Community Development Department. <br /> APPLICATION REVIEW: If you have any recommendations or comments on this project, please submit them to the <br /> Community Development Department no later than January 24, 2006. Comments or recommendations received after that <br /> date will not be used in staffs analysis and recommendation for this application. <br /> NOTE TO SURROUNDING PROPERTY OWNERS: The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on this project.
