CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> SA-93-38 <br /> Stockton Baptist Church <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval must be fulfilled prior to the establishment of <br /> the use and the issuance of any building permits. <br /> This approval will expire within 18 months of the date of approval unless (1) all Conditions of <br /> Approval have been complied with, (2) all necessary building permits have been secured and remain <br /> in force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have been secured and remain in force. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory Requirement are based on <br /> Ordinance Requirements. Ordinance Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT: <br /> a. This approval shall be for the establishment of a private, K-12 school for a maximum of <br /> one hundred (100) students within an existing church facility. <br /> b. The applicant shall secure an approved Business License prior to the initiation of the use. <br /> (Section 7-1000 of the County Ordinance Code) The Business License application shall <br /> be submitted within thirty (30) days of the effective date of the approval. <br /> G. Except as otherwise noted in the Conditions of Approval, the approved use shall operate <br /> under the Conditions of Approval of Use Permit Application No. UP-92-21. <br /> d. The hours and days of operation of the school shall not coincide with the hours and days <br /> of operation of the site's previously-approved church facility. <br /> e. There shall be no parking associated with the approved use on State Route 99, East <br /> Frontage Road. <br /> f. The second phase of the project, consisting of fifty students in the portion of the facility <br /> designated on the Site Plan as Phase Two, shall not be initiated until a Final Certificate <br /> of Occupancy has been issued by the Building Inspection Division. <br /> 2. PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT: <br /> See the attached memo from Public Works, dated October 6, 1993. <br /> 3. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> See the attached memo from Public Health, dated October 22, 1993. <br /> 4. SAN JOAQUIN VALLEY UNIFIED AIR POLLUTION CONTROL DISTRICT: <br /> Note: A copy of the letter received from the District, dated October 8, 1993, is attached for your <br /> information. <br /> S. SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT: <br /> Note: A copy of the letter received from the Department, dated September 27, 1993, is attached <br /> for your information. <br />
