CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL SA-93-38 Stockton Baptist Church Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval must be fulfilled prior to the establishment of the use and the issuance of any building permits. This approval will expire within 18 months of the date of approval unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with, (2) all necessary building permits have been secured and remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have been secured and remain in force. Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory Requirement are based on Ordinance Requirements. Ordinance Requirements cannot be modified. 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT: a. This approval shall be for the establishment of a private, K-12 school for a maximum of one hundred (100) students within an existing church facility. b. The applicant shall secure an approved Business License prior to the initiation of the use. (Section 7-1000 of the County Ordinance Code) The Business License application shall be submitted within thirty (30) days of the effective date of the approval. G. Except as otherwise noted in the Conditions of Approval, the approved use shall operate under the Conditions of Approval of Use Permit Application No. UP-92-21. d. The hours and days of operation of the school shall not coincide with the hours and days of operation of the site's previously-approved church facility. e. There shall be no parking associated with the approved use on State Route 99, East Frontage Road. f. The second phase of the project, consisting of fifty students in the portion of the facility designated on the Site Plan as Phase Two, shall not be initiated until a Final Certificate of Occupancy has been issued by the Building Inspection Division. 2. PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT: See the attached memo from Public Works, dated October 6, 1993. 3. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: See the attached memo from Public Health, dated October 22, 1993. 4. SAN JOAQUIN VALLEY UNIFIED AIR POLLUTION CONTROL DISTRICT: Note: A copy of the letter received from the District, dated October 8, 1993, is attached for your information. S.
