State Route 99 East Frontage Road <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Requirements may also apply. These Requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> a. Repair the existing septic system under a sanitation permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division (San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1110.3 <br /> and 9-1110.4); Septic repair permit 92-3677 was designed for 150 parishioners at 5 <br /> gallons per day for Sunday use. Schools without showers, cafeterias as per 6.1.15 of <br /> Regulation require 15 gallons per student per day. So Phase one will require <br /> approximate 1600 gallon tank and 200 foot of leach line or combination of leach. <br /> b. Destroy the existing well under permit and inspection. (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title Section 9-1115.5(e)) <br /> E. Construction of an individual public water well under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development. (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title Section 9-1115.3) <br /> d. Since the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 days per year, or <br /> the number of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a public water <br /> system under the provisions of Title 22, CCR, will be required by the Environmental <br /> Health Division and San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1120.2 and 9- <br /> 1115.9. The new application fee is $300.00 and $350.00 for the non transient non <br /> community permit.
