SA-93-38 OF STOCKTON <br /> BAPTIST CHURCH <br /> ----------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> The request is for a Site Approval application to establish a <br /> private, K-12 school within an existing church facility. The <br /> project' s first phase would use 1, 500-square-feet of the <br /> structure and accommodate fifty students. The second phase of <br /> the project would use an additional 2 , 200-square feet of the <br /> structure and accommodate another fifty students. The project <br /> site is located on the east side of State Route 99 , East Frontage <br /> Road, 2100 feet south of Hammer Lane, east of Stockton. <br /> The Development Services Division has reviewed the above- <br /> referenced application and intends to approve it subject to the <br /> following Conditions of Approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all the Conditions of Approval and <br /> Ordinance Requirements shall be fulfilled prior to the issuance <br /> of any building permits and prior to the initiation of the use. <br /> This approval will expire eighteen (18) months from the effective <br /> date of the approval unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have <br /> been complied with, (2 ) all necessary building permits have been <br /> secured and remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits from <br /> other agencies have been secured and remain in force. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory <br /> Requirement are based on Ordinance requirements. Ordinance <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> Conditions of Approval : <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT: <br /> a. This approval shall be for the establishment of a <br /> private, K-12 school for a maximum of one hundred (100) <br /> students within an existing church facility. <br />
