SA-93-38 OF STOCKTON BAPTIST CHURCH ----------------------------------------------------------------- The request is for a Site Approval application to establish a private, K-12 school within an existing church facility. The project' s first phase would use 1, 500-square-feet of the structure and accommodate fifty students. The second phase of the project would use an additional 2 , 200-square feet of the structure and accommodate another fifty students. The project site is located on the east side of State Route 99 , East Frontage Road, 2100 feet south of Hammer Lane, east of Stockton. The Development Services Division has reviewed the above- referenced application and intends to approve it subject to the following Conditions of Approval. Unless otherwise specified, all the Conditions of Approval and Ordinance Requirements shall be fulfilled prior to the issuance of any building permits and prior to the initiation of the use. This approval will expire eighteen (18) months from the effective date of the approval unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with, (2 ) all necessary building permits have been secured and remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have been secured and remain in force. Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory Requirement are based on Ordinance requirements. Ordinance Requirements cannot be modified. Conditions of Approval : 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT: a. This approval shall be for the establishment of a private, K-12 school for a maximum of one hundred (100) students within an existing church facility.
