Frontage Road, Stockton) <br /> ACTION: On November 25, 1998, the Community Development Department denied Site Approval <br /> Application No. SA-98-68 based on the inability to make Finding 1 as follows: <br /> 1. The proposed use is consistent with the goals, policies, standards, and maps of the General Plan, any <br /> applicable Master Plan, Specific Plan, Special Purpose Plan, and any other applicable plan adopted by <br /> the County. <br /> • This finding cannot be made because Section 9-1710.6[a][4]of the County Development Title <br /> states, `The space between off-premises signs shall be at least one thousand (1,000)feet on <br /> either side of the same street." The proposed sign does not comply with the preceding <br /> spacing requirementof the Development Title. <br /> APPEAL PERIOD: This action can be appealed to the Planning Commission by any interested party. <br /> Appeals must be filed with this Department within 10 days of the action with an appeal fee of$275.00. The <br /> 10-day appeal period ends at 4:30 p.m. on December 5, 1998.
