ST. RT. 99 W. FRONTAGE ROAD - (APN 092-090-10) (SA-98-65)
The City of Stockton Public Works Department has reviewed the subject application and offers
the following comment:
The subject site is located within the area of a Project Study Report (PSR) sponsored
by the San Joaquin Council of Governments to improve the traffic capacity of the Route
99/1-lammer Lane Interchange. While alternative interchange improvement designs are
currently under consideration, it is very likely that there will be additional right-of-way
requirements within the area of the proposed sign location to accommodate said
improvements. Therefore, it is strongly recommended that future right-of-way
requirements be considered prior to approval of this application.
We appreciate the opportunity to comment on this application.
JAMES B.
