CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> TULEBURG WAREHOUSE <br /> MS-89-21 <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval shall be <br /> complied with prior to the approval of the Parcel Map. <br /> 1. Local Health District: <br /> This proposed division of land shall meet the Rules and <br /> Regulations of San Joaquin County Ordinance No . 549 . A per- <br /> colation test and a sewage disposal area as determined by the <br /> percolation test are required for health District approval . <br /> A permit for the percolation tests from the Health District <br /> is required. All three lots must have percolation tests run. <br /> 2 . Department of Public Works : <br /> a. A parcel map is required. <br /> b. ( 1 ) Storm drainage shall be contained on each lot . <br /> ( 2 ) The drainage system shall meet the requirements of the <br /> County and provide adequate drainage for theoimprove- <br /> ments (development) . The acceptance or app by <br /> the County of the drainage system does not relieve the <br /> developer (or his engineer ) of the responsibility of <br /> providing an adequate drainage system. <br /> c . Underground utilities are required. Public utility ease- <br /> ments shall be as required by the public utility com- <br /> panies . <br /> d. An Encroachment Permit is required for work within the <br /> road right-of-way. <br /> 3 .
