Percolation rates and soil profiles must be done by a Registered' <br /> Engineer or Registered Environmental Health Specialist and observed <br /> g g p <br /> 'by a Registered Environmental Health Specialist. Advance notice <br /> shall be given so that the performance of a percolation test may be <br /> observed. A permit from. the Environmental Health Services Division <br /> i <br /> is required. <br /> 10.3.4.
