COOPER ( C/O QL'ARTAROLI & <br /> ASSOCIATES , AND HOWARD SELIGMAN) (SUPERVISORIAL <br /> DISTRICT 1 ) <br /> ---------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> The above-listed Development Agreement is for an airport-related <br /> industrial center which includes the 13 . 1 acres covered under <br /> SA-88-61 and a remaining 60+ acres that will be developed with <br /> airport-related uses . Site Approval Application No . SA-88-61 is <br /> for a jet engine repair and component manufacturing facility for <br /> Aero Turbine Inc . The Conditions of Approval for SA-88-61 are to <br /> be attached to and become a part of the Development Agreement . <br /> Since the Conditions of Approval for Aero Turbine are not yet <br /> resolved, County Counsel and the applicant ' s attorney have agreed <br /> to a two-week continuance to the Planning Commission hearing of <br /> September 15 , 1988 . <br /> CD/WS/blm <br />
