shall pay all associated landing fees. <br /> V E. Life of Subdivision Maps . Pursuant to Government Code <br /> Section 66452 . 6(a) , the term of any Parcel Map or any other ten- <br /> tative map filed subsequent to the Effective Date of this <br /> Agreement shall automatically be extended for the term of this <br /> Agreement. <br /> Section 3 . Obligations and Contributions by Developer . <br /> In consideration of the COUNTY entering into this Agreement, <br /> DEVELOPER agrees not to protest the assessment of Road <br /> Improvement Fees allocated to the Project for the Arch-Airport <br /> Specific Road Plan (which is presently being prepared by the City <br /> of Stockton) , and for the construction of improvements for West <br /> State 99 Frontage Road. DEVELOPER is not precluded from par- <br /> ticipating in and providing input at any public hearing held to <br /> consider the manner in which the fees are identified and allo- <br /> cated. DEVELOPER further agrees that it will comply with all <br /> necessary modifications to the Improvement Plan to accommodate <br /> this Specific Road Plan, and Frontage Road improvements, <br /> including any necessary roadway dedication. The parties <br /> acknowledge that this Agreement by COUNTY is a material con- <br /> sideration for DEVELOPER' S cooperation and participation, as spe- <br /> cifically set forth herein. <br /> Section 4 . Cooperation-Implementation. <br /> A. Processing.
