BEFORE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN, <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> R-88-323 <br /> RESOLUTION TENTATIVELY APPROVING WILLIAMSON ACT CONTRACT CANCELLATION <br /> APPLICATION NO. WC-88-2 OF L. ELWOOD AND PATRICIA COOPER, TO CANCEL <br /> THE CONTRACT ON 13 . 13 ACRES OF A 74-ACRE PARCEL, LOCATED ON THE WEST <br /> SIDE OF STATE ROUTE 99 BETWEEN ARCH-AIRPORT ROAD AND FRENCH CAMP ROAD <br /> AND ADJACENT TO THE STOCKTON METRO AIRPORT MAIN RUNWAY, SOUTH OF <br /> STOCKTON, BASED ON THE FINDINGS AND SUBJECT TO THE CONDITIONS AND <br /> CONTINGENCIES AS SHOWN ON ATTACHMENT A. <br /> WHEREAS, on April 7, 1988 , this Board of Supervisors did conduct <br /> a public hearing on said matter, notice of which hearing was given in <br /> accordance with law, and oral and documentary evidence having been <br /> received in favor of or opposed to said matter, and this Board of <br /> Supervisors being advised on the premises; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board of Supervisors that <br /> Williamson Act Contract Cancellation Application No. WC-88-2 be ten- <br /> tatively approved based on the findings and subject to the conditions <br /> and contingencies as shown on Attachment A. <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of April , 1988 , by the following <br /> vote of the Board of Supervisors, to wit: <br /> r.
