Section 7 . No Joint Venture or Partnership. COUNTY and <br /> DEVELOPER hereby renounce the existence of any form of joint <br /> venture or partnership between the COUNTY and DEVELOPER and agree <br /> that nothing contained herein or in any document executed in con- <br /> nection herewith shall be construed as making COUNTY and <br /> DEVELOPER joint venturers or partners. <br /> Section 8. General. <br /> A. The COUNTY and DEVELOPER agree that unless this <br /> Agreement is amended or terminated pursuant to the provisions of <br /> this Agreement, this Agreement shall be enforceable by any party <br /> hereto notwithstanding any change hereafter enacted or adopted in <br /> any applicable General Plan, Specific Plan, zoning ordinance, sub- <br /> division ordinance or any other land use ordinances or building <br /> ordinances, resolutions or other rules, regulations or policies <br /> adopted by the COUNTY which changes, alters or amends the rules, <br /> regulations and policies applicable to the development of the <br /> Project Site at the time of the approval of this Agreement, <br /> except where otherwise stated herein, as provided by Government <br /> Code Section 65866. This Agreement shall not prevent the COUNTY <br /> in subsequent actions applicable to the Project Site from <br /> applying new rules, regulations and policies which do not <br /> directly or indirectly conflict with those rules, regulations, <br /> and policies applicable to the Project Site as set forth herein. <br /> B. COUNTY hereby finds and determines that execution of <br /> this Agreement is in the best interests of the public health, <br /> safety, and general welfare and the provisions of this Agreement <br /> are consistent with the General Plan and the Airport Land Use <br /> Plan. <br /> - 19 - <br />
