f REMOVAL OF FACILITIES: Freestanding structures, antennas, and supporting equipment <br /> associated with wireless telecommunication shall be removed by the provider of such facilities and <br /> the site restored to its pre-construction state if said facilities have not been operational or used for a <br /> period of six (6) consecutive months. Removal and site restoration shall be completed within ninety <br /> (90) days of the end of said six (6) month period. (Development Title Section 9-1065.8) <br /> g TOWER LIGHTS: For safety purposes, the communications tower shall be lighted according to the <br /> following: <br /> (1) A red light shall be placed at or near the top of the tower. <br /> h. STORM DRAINAGE: Any additional storm water drainage created by new improvements shall be <br /> retained on-site The drainage pattern and corresponding storm drain improvements shall be shown <br /> on the Site Plan. Drainage calculations prepared by a registered civil engineer or architect shall be <br /> included.
