The Site is situated at an elevation of approximately10 feet above mean sea level with a local topographic <br /> gradient generally toward the North. <br /> Describe any existing drainage courses or eroded areas on or near the project site: <br /> There is an existing concrete channel at the North of the project site along the Right side of the W Larch Road.The whole site has <br /> almost flat gradient and it slopes towards West.
