The Assessor's Parcel Number (APN) is 093-030-59. The property size is 14.68 acres in size. Dillon and Murphy engineers, on behalf of Mr. Gill,requested that our office conduct a deep percolation test in septic system disposal area of two of the five proposed parcels of the subject property. The locations of the percolation test holes can be seen on Plate 1. Based on conceptual plans from Dillon and Murphy Engineers,these locations were determined to be the site of the proposed septic Lsystem leach fields. The drilling of two deep soil boxings and one shallow horning was conducted on May 20, 2005 and on May 23,2005,using a truck mounted deep rock auger rig.
