Provide a potable, domestic water supply which will meet the <br /> requirements of Chapter 15, Division 4 of Title 22, California <br /> Administrative Code, and the California Safe Drinking Water Act. <br /> Engineer-designed plans for the water distribution system shall <br /> be submitted to the San Joaquin Local Health District for approval <br /> prior to initiating construction of the system. Construction <br /> of the water distribution system shall be under permit and <br /> inspection by the San Joaquin Local Health District. <br /> 2. Construction of a sewage disposal system which will meet the <br /> requirements of the proposed marina and related facilities. <br /> Engineer-designed plans for the sewage disposal system sha11 be <br /> submitted to the San Joaquin Local District for approval. In <br /> addition, there must be at least 100% of the size of the installed <br /> system open land available for future use. Plans submitted to the <br /> San Joaquin Local Health District shall show the sewage disposal <br /> system lay-out and the 100% expansion area. Construction of the <br /> sewage disposal system shall be under permit and inspection by the <br /> San Joaquin Local Health District. <br /> 3• Sewage pump-out facilities should be provided to meet the require- <br /> ments of the anticipated vessel population. <br /> 4. If any portion of the domestic water distribution system or the <br /> sewage disposal system is constructed in or through the levee, <br /> written permission for such levee intrusion must be secured from <br /> Reclamation District No. 684; the State Reclamation Board; and <br /> the U. S. Army- Corps of Engineers before the San Joaquin Local <br /> Health District will issue permits for such construction. <br /> 5• A Waste Discharge Report shall be filed with the Central Valley <br /> Region, Regional Water Quality Control Board. <br /> 6. Detailed plans and specifications for the food establishments <br /> shall be submitted to the San Joaquin Local Health District for <br /> approval prior to the initiation of any food facility construction. <br /> -C18- <br />
