Newby Road, <br /> Stockton) <br /> ACTION: On February 22, 2001, the San Joaquin County Community Development Department approved <br /> SA-01-1 subject to the enclosed Conditions of Approval. <br /> APPEAL PERIOD: This action can be appealed to the Planning Commission by any interested party. <br /> Appeals must be filed with this Department within 10 days of the action with an appeal fee of$275.00.
