Existing user currently has paved driveway to <br /> Newton Road in this location. <br /> 2. Existing user frequently hauls heavy equipment <br /> (backhoe, excavator, eta) to and from this site. <br /> Newton Road is a more suitable access point <br /> ,., because of its relatively wide paved width of 33 <br /> feet and existing 80 foot R/N. <br /> Stevenson Avenue has only a 40 foot R/W and paved <br /> width of 24 feet. Also, Stevenson has numerous <br /> existing residences' along its north frontage. 1 <br /> Truck traffic and related noise would be 1 <br /> disruptive to these residents. <br /> 3. Existing user has expressed interest in purchasing <br /> the area shown as Parcel 3, and would like to <br /> maintain currant configuration of the improvements <br /> on the property.
