PARCEL ONE TO CONTAIN 2.27 ACRES AND PARCEL TWO TO CONTAIN 2.27 ACRES,LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF NORMAN AVENUE,APPROXIMATELY 640 FEET WEST OF SIBLEY AVENUE. (SUPERVISORIAL DISTRICT 4) PROPERTY OWNER: Lory Lucchesi APPLICANT: Siegfried Engineering, Inc. ADDRESS: 11573 E. Norman Avenue APN: 103-280-14 INFORMATION: The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. Norman Avenue has an existing right-of-way width of 40 feet and a planned right-of-way width of 50 feet. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required when parcels are developed. The fee is due and payable at the time of building permit application. The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required when parcels are developed. The fee is due and payable at the time of building permit application. The fire road (including secondary access) shall be required to be improved in accordance with the requirements of San Joaquin County Fire Chiefs Association Standard 902.2.2. RECOMMENDATIONS: 1.
