Dedication to result in a twenty-five (25) foot wide right-of-way from the centerline of Norman <br /> Avenue to the property line shall be required across the frontage of Parcel 1 and 2. Dedication <br /> shall be made on the Parcel Map. (Development Title Section 9-1150.5) <br /> 4. Structures, fences, landscaping and, any or all obstructions shall be removed from the dedicated <br /> right-of-way,prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. <br /> 5.
