PRESENT AND PAST USE OF THE SITE <br /> An interview in the form of a completed questionnaire was conducted with Mr. Armando <br /> Huerta to determine the history of the site. Information gleaned from the questionnaire <br /> submitted and signed by Mr. Huerta includes the facts that he and his wife, Barbara, bought the 7,1 2 <br /> property in 2003 from Mr. and Mrs. Kerry Griffith. The Griffiths bought the property in 1993. <br /> The current use of the property is a single family residence. The area of the subject property is <br /> zoned R-R, Rural Residential. The subject property is serviced by a well and septic system. �) <br /> Presently, the subject property is used as a residence surrounded by vacant land. <br /> IV. SURROUNDING USAGE <br /> The subject property is bounded by East Norman Avenue to the south, beyond which is a <br /> residence. To the west of the subject property are two residences. To the east of the subject <br /> property there is a residence. To the north of the subject property is a residence on what appears <br /> to be a former live-stock farm. <br /> The San Joaquin County Community Development Department indicates the area is 3.3 <br /> within the R-R zone,rural residential. <br /> A search of relevant septic system and well permit records from the files of the San <br /> Joaquin County Environmental Health Division was conducted for addresses near 11931 East <br /> Norman Avenue. The search located four(4) septic permits(See Appendix for copies).
