Anderson& Associates, Inc., on July 3,
2003, two on each proposed parcel (see Plate 1). The borings were for percolation test holes
used to conduct percolation tests on each parcel per the requirements of San Joaquin County
Environmental Health Department. The drilling equipment utilized was a truck mounted Mobile
Rr / B-53 hollow stem auger with a diameter of 6 inches. No ground water was encountered in any
of the borings.
B 1 and B2 were drilled on the south parcel. B 1 was drilled to three feet, the shallow ,2 ✓
soils encountered, consisted of silty clay for the first two feet, after which sandy silt with some
clay was encountered through three feet. B2 was drilled to 25 feet. During the drilling of B2
sandy silt was encountered from 1 to 2 feet, sandy silt with some clay was encountered from 2 to 3 ✓
17 feet and sand was found from 17 to 25 feet.
B3 and B4 were drilled on the north parcel.
