ADDEMDUM NO. 2 <br /> RE:Request for information, dated 5131106 <br /> 1.2 Description of Proposed Project: The Tentative Parcel Map proposed splitting the parcel. <br /> One new parcel is created. The TM has been approved. (Copy attached) The TM will be V <br /> changed to read Paarcel 1 and Designated Remainer(Developed Parcel) <br /> 1.4 Site Map: The only map existing at present is the TM furnished by the owner. The map <br /> shows well, leach field, structures, driveway and County Road. The new parcel is flat and <br /> vacant. There are no drainage courses,ponds, waterways, etc., on the two parcels. The <br /> owner has contacted the CDD, SJC to use the term"Designated Remainder" <br /> 2.1 The vacant paarcel (Parcel 1) is disced each year to control weeds. It is not farmed. l/ <br /> 4.3 The on-site well is shown on the TM. The water was sampled and tested by FarWest Labs. <br /> There is no third party involved. We are not present when the water is sampled. The two <br /> documents furnished by the Lab were included in the Soil Suitability Study. The fest result / <br /> sheet states"This sample was collected/transported by a laboratory certified sampler, in a t/ <br /> laboratory owned vehicle. This sample was stored and kept cool in an ice chest using"blue <br /> ice" for cooling. <br /> 6.2 Percolation tests are not required on the developed parcel if the owner changes the <br /> designation to"Designated Remainder" <br /> 6.8 The testing of the percolation rate indicates a 6,000 SF Leach Field is required. A standard <br /> septic system installed by permit from EHD, SJC is required. The location of the test hole is ✓ <br /> plotted on the TM. <br /> This concludes Addendum No. 2. Please advise if additional information is needed. <br />
