Though the use of <br /> these systems will minimize the negative impact from septic system/s,there will continue to be <br /> some impact from a ricicultural fertilization. 0 S p��� S jI 54t m� <br /> Our specific recommendations for the project are as follows: <br /> 1) An engineered septic system such as a modified filter bed design, should be <br /> utilized to reduce the impacts from nitrate in the waste water. Our office would <br /> be pleased to discuss other treatment options,costs, and permitting issues. These <br /> _ services could be provided to you or the property buyer as part of a separate <br /> contract. <br /> 2) Follow San Joaquin County Public Health Services Sewage Standards where <br /> applicable. <br /> 9.0 LIMITATIONS <br /> The conclusions of this report are based on the information provided regarding the existing and <br /> proposed development,the use of the subject property, and the site conditions as they existed at <br /> the time we excavated our test holes and performed the percolation tests. It was assumed that the <br /> test holes and percolation test results are representative of the subsurface conditions in the <br /> general area. <br /> Our professional services were performed,our findings obtained, and our conclusions proposed <br /> in accordance with generally accepted engineering principles and practices.
