Construct an individual domestic water well on Parcel 1 <br /> under a well permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Division at the time of development. San Joaquin <br /> county Ordinance No. 1862 , Section 5-4100) <br /> 4 . SOUTH SAN JOAQUIN IRRIGATION DISTRICT: <br /> a. The owner shall execute the necessary documents and <br /> agreements to provide for the abandonment of service and <br /> removal of irrigation structures for those parcels which <br /> will not continue to receive irrigation water. <br /> b. If irrigation service is to continue, the appropriate <br /> private irrigation easements shall be provided. For <br /> private irrigation easements, place the following note on <br /> map near the location of the easement: <br /> "A size - foot wide private irrigation easement shall <br /> be conveyed across (lots) (parcels) (nos. ) at the time of <br /> conveyance. Pipeline to be installed at owner' s <br /> expense. " <br /> The note above, together with the owner consenting to the <br /> preparation and filing of the map, gives constructive <br /> notice to title companies, future property buyers and the <br /> public of the requirement to provide a private irrigation <br /> easement as well as its size and location. <br /> C. The owner shall grant easements of sufficient width for <br /> all District facilities which may exist on subject <br /> property to serve as a replacement for any prescriptive <br /> and/or unrecorded easements that are present. All <br /> existing recorded or newly dedicated District easements <br /> shall be shown on the Parcel Map prior to its recording. <br /> d. If the homesite area is lower than adjacent irrigated <br /> property, a permanent berm or ditch shall be constructed <br /> around the homesite parcel to prevent accidental flooding <br /> from irrigation water. Property owner shall either <br /> verify field elevations or submit a written statement to <br /> District indicating that property in question is not <br /> subject to flooding from adjacent irrigated property. <br />
