North Ripon Road APN: 245-150-48 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br /> North Ripon Road has an existing right-of-way width of 40 feet and a planned right-of-way width of 60 feet. <br /> REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The applicant shall complete the following requirements before the Department of Public Works can support or deem <br /> complete the application for this project: <br /> 1. Applicant shall provide a written statement to the Department of Public Works stating whether Surface <br /> Transportation Assistance Act (STAR) type trucks will be used as a part of the proposed operation. If <br /> STAA type trucks are to be used, a letter requesting designation of the propose facility as a STAA <br /> terminal will be required. <br /> Upon satisfaction of the above requirements, the following Conditions of Approval shall apply. Additional and/or <br /> revised conditions of Approval may be necessary based upon factors resulting from the completed application. <br />
