CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> LA-99-3 <br /> DeKok <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. LA-99-3 was approved by the San Joaquin County Community <br /> Development Department on February 4, 1999,which is the effective date of approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified,all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> This approval will expire on August 5, 2000,which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, <br /> unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been filed with and accepted by the County Surveyor. <br /> +�+ 1. Legal descriptions of <br /> the lands to be exchanged shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and <br /> forwarding to the Community Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be <br /> prepared,stamped,and signed by a Registered Civil Engineer,qualified to practice Land <br /> Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> f <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS (Staff Contact: Richard Hieb, 468-3000) <br /> a. A Recorded Deed is allowed, but if points or lines are set, a Record of Survey is required. <br /> The new legal description shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> b.
