Parcel 2 shall have an area of 1. 5 acres net after <br /> dedication. (Planning Title Section 9-4010. 2) <br /> 2 . PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> a. A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of <br /> the San Joaquin County Development Code must be performed <br /> prior to recordation of the Parcel Map indicating that <br /> the area is suitable for septic tank usage. <br /> b. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the <br /> chemical Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and nitrates prior <br /> to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be <br /> taken and run by a State-approved lab. <br /> C. For Parcel 1 construct an individual sewage disposal <br /> system(s) under a permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division at the time of development. <br /> d. For Parcel 1 construct an individual domestic water well <br /> under a well permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Division at the time of development. <br /> 3 . MANTECA-LATHROP FIRE DISTRICT: <br /> a. The project shall conform with the Uniform Fire Code and <br /> Standards. <br /> b. The project shall conform with, if applicable, the <br /> National Fire Protection Association Standards. <br /> C. The project shall conform with, if applicable, San <br /> Joaquin County Fire Sprinkler Ordinance. <br /> d. Fire Department Development Fee's shall be paid in <br /> accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance and <br /> Resolutions adopting the fee schedule. (Industrial/ <br /> Commercial at $ .21 per square foot. Single family, <br /> multi-family and mobile homes at $ . 19 per square foot) <br />
