The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin <br /> Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be <br /> incorporated in the construction plans before submittal <br /> to the Building Inspection Division : <br /> a . Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled <br /> access requirements (C .A.C. , Title 24 ) . <br /> b. All recommendations of the soils engineer that were <br /> included in the Soils Report shall be incorporated <br /> in the construction drawings . <br /> C . Provide fire sprinklers and maintain 60 foot yards . <br /> 2 . A grading plan shall be submitted and approved and a <br /> grading permit issued by the Building Inspection <br /> Division prior to performing any excavation or filling <br /> of earth material : <br /> a . A grading plan shall contain the information <br /> listed in the U . B.C . , Appendix, Chapter 70 , <br /> Section 7006 ( 1 ) . <br /> b. The grading plan shall include complete drainage <br /> details and elevations of the adjacent parcels . <br /> Retaining wall details shall be submitted where <br /> applicable . <br /> C . Grading in excess of 5 , 000 cubic yards shall <br /> comply with Section 7014 for "Engineered Grading <br /> Requirements . ” <br />
