August 8,2003 <br /> NOA ENVIRONMENTAL PROJECT NUMBER: LE03-226 <br /> NOA reviewed the Underground Storage Tank List and the "Site Mitigation" List at the EHD. There <br /> were no(0)properties within 1/4 mile noted on the Underground Storage Tank list and no (0) sites <br /> found on the "Site Mitigation" list. <br /> C. San Joaquin County Office of Emergency Services <br /> Inquiries were made with the San Joaquin County Office of Emergency Services (OES) in an <br /> attempt to determine if there are any files present at that agency which note any hazardous materials <br /> releases or spills on the subject property or in the vicinity of the subject property. According to staff <br /> of the OES, there are no files for the address of 2621 North Ramsey Avenue. A review of <br /> "Notification of Hazardous Waste Discharge" files within 1/4 mile of the subject property revealed <br /> no (0)reported spills or releases. <br /> D. San Joaquin County Department of Fire Prevention <br /> Inquiries were made with the San Joaquin County Department of Fire Prevention in order to obtain <br /> information regarding hazardous materials storage, releases or spills, underground storage tanks, <br /> above ground storage tanks, or leaking underground storage tanks on the subject property or in the <br /> vicinity of the subject property. There are no records for the subject property address of 2621 North <br /> Ramsey Avenue. <br /> E San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner <br /> The San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner's Office was contacted in an effort to determine <br /> whether the subject property had been used in the past for agricultural purposes, and whether <br /> agricultural chemicals had been used on the subject property. According to Ms. Hazel Gallego of <br /> the Commissioner's office, agricultural pesticide use records were found related to the subject <br /> property. Table I enumerates chemicals used on the subject property, as follows. <br />
