The subject of the telephone conversation in question regarded a <br /> Surface/Subsurface Contamination Report produced by NOA Environmental regarding a property <br /> located at 2621 Ramsey Avenue,Linden,California on August 8,2003. The following are responses <br /> to issues that were discussed during the aforementioned conversation. <br /> The personal interview conducted by Eric Rowley with the property owner occurred on July 30,2003 <br /> at approximately 1:30 p.m. <br /> The previous owners of the subject property declined to comment or answer questions regarding any <br /> facet of the subject property. <br /> The well used to irrigate the subject property is located greater than one-quarter mile east of the <br /> subject property. <br /> Agricultural Commissioner's offices vary from three to seven years, as to how long they store <br /> Agricultural Chemical Use Reports. San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner's Office stores <br /> this information for five years.
