MS-92-59 <br /> OF JOHN TERESI (C/O STEVE COLDANI) ' <br /> This application was placed on the Development Committee agenda on <br /> December 23 , 1991, in response to the significant amount of public <br /> comment generated by its referral. Representatives of those <br /> individuals in opposition to the application were provided a copy <br /> of the agenda and notified that no more than three of them may <br /> attend the meeting to discuss their grounds for opposition to the <br /> project with the property owner and applicant. <br /> On January 9 , 1991, a petition was submitted to the Development <br /> Services Division that contained the signatures of fifty-six people <br /> in opposition to the project. The petition stated the grounds for <br /> the opposition to the project and indicated under what <br /> circumstances the opposition might be dropped. <br /> Based upon the level of opposition to the project, staff will place <br /> this application on the Planning Commission ' s agenda after the <br /> Development Committee meeting if no resolution is reached at that <br /> meeting. If a resolution is reached at the meeting, staff will <br /> approve the application subject to the following Conditions of <br /> Approval and those contained in the attached memos. Staff ' s <br /> recommended action and Conditions of Approval are tentative and may <br /> change, subject to the results of the Development Committee <br /> meeting. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval shall be <br /> complied with prior to the approval of the Parcel Map. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory <br /> Requirement are based on Ordinance requirements . Ordinance <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> COUNTY COUNSEL: <br /> a .
