The agricultural well on Parcel #2 must be repaired under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Department prior to recordation of deed or record of survey(San Joaquin County Development Title. Section 9-1115.4(e)) as follows: • Agricultural discharge pipes utilizing an air gap for back-flow prevention shall maintain an air gap equal to the size of the discharge pipe. but not less than 6 inches. The discharge pipe shall also have two '/4 inch slits extending 6 inches from the bottom of the pipe and opposite each other or a back-flow device approved by San Joaquin County must be installed. B. The domestic well on Parcel #2 must be repaired under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Department prior to recordation of deed or record of survey (San Joaquin County Development Title. Section 9-1115.4(e)) as follows: • Install cement surface seal around the well casing to protect the well casing sufficiently and the integrity of well grout.
