In addition, the revised site plan shall incorporate the 100% designed sewage disposal <br /> replacement area. <br /> f. Construction of an individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil <br /> Suitability/ Nitrate Loading Study findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> 4. SAN JOAQUIN COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS (Staff Contact: Laurel Boyd, 209-235-0600) <br /> a. This project is subject to the San Joaquin County Multi-Species Habitat Conservation and Open <br /> Space Plan (SJMSCP). This can be up to a 90-day process and it is recommended that the project <br /> applicant contact SJMSCP staff as early as possible. It is also recommended that the project <br /> applicant obtain an information package. <br /> 5. SAN JOAQUIN VALLEY AIR POLLUTION CONTROL DISTRICT(Staff Contact: Angel Lor, 559- <br /> 230-5808) <br /> a. Based on the information provided to the District, the proposed project would equal or exceed <br /> 9,000 square feet of other space. Therefore, the District concludes that the proposed project is <br /> subject to District Rule 9510 (Indirect Source Review). Any applicant subject to District Rule <br /> 9510 is required to submit an Air Impact Assessment (AIA) application to the District no later than <br /> applying for final discretionary approval, and to pay an applicable off-site mitigation fees before <br /> issuance of the first building permit. <br /> 6. New land uses that may cause visual, electronic, or increased bird strike hazards to aircraft in flight <br /> shall not be permitted within any airport's influence area.
