CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-0700331 <br /> DAVE K & D LIND <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. PA-0700331 was approved by the San Joaquin County <br /> Community Development Department on August 1, 2007, which is the effective date of approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> This approval will expire on January 30, 2009, which is 18 months from the effective date of <br /> approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has <br /> been filed, if required by the Land Surveyor's Act. <br /> 1) COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Contact Staff: Mo Hatef, 468-8477) <br /> a) APPROVAL: This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment among four lots as shown on the <br /> plan dated July 9, 2007. <br /> b) NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A "Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be <br /> recorded prior to conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of <br /> the resultant properties shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and <br /> forwarding to the Community Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be <br /> prepared, stamped and signed by a Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land <br /> Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land Surveyors' Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> c) WILLIAMSON ACT CONTRACT: The property owner shall rescind the current contracts <br /> and shall enter into new contracts prior to recording the Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> Filing Fees are required for this application.
