rr -Vol <br /> 3 �• The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP) and nitrates with the results submitted to the Environmental Health Department prior <br /> f to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a State-approved <br /> laboratory (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.7). <br /> The agricultural well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.4(e)) as follows: <br /> a. Agricultural discharge pipes utilizing an air gap for back-flow prevention shall maintain <br /> lew an air gap equal to the size of the discharge pipe, but not less than 6 inches. The <br /> discharge pipe shall also have two '/4 inch slits extending 6 inches from the bottom of the <br /> pipe and opposite each other or a back-flow device approved by San Joaquin County <br /> must be installed. <br /> b. Raise well casing 12 inches above ground level. <br /> Applicant shall provide evidence that the existing agricultural well meets the minimum <br /> distance requirements to the proposed property lines in accordance with the San Joaquin <br /> County Well Standards. This shall be completed under a consultation permit and inspection <br /> with the Environmental Health Department. The fee for the consultation permit is $196.00. <br /> F. Demolition of all dilapidated structure(s) and removal of all demolition material from the <br /> premises to an approved disposal facility are required in accordance with San Joaquin <br /> County Ordinance Code, Section 5-2401. <br /> G. Construction of an individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil <br /> Suitability/Nitrate Loading Study findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section <br /> 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br />
